My love of baking started about 10 years ago when I decided that I wanted to bake bread.

I went out, bought a bread maker, didn't rate the results, and gave up for 7 years.

Then one day I decided that I wouldn't be beaten and over a few months got better at it until I started baking all my bread.

Baking cakes became the natural progression and found that this is what really interested me,(to the dismay of my fiancee who loves savoury), and so like many in lockdown found that there was more time on their hands and baking just became a bit of an obsession for me.

From there I started to get a bit more confident, the feed-back became better and people started to ask me to bake for them.

So now I have a website and we will just see where this journey takes me.
